What We Measure
The information provided in the Brain Fitness Check-up allows us to evaluate a total of 32 key measures. This includes 9 direct measures of your current brain fitness, as well as 23 other measures that have been shown in scientific studies to influence changes in brain fitness over time. Key Measures of Cognition
Cognition describes your ability to "think." Cognition is about processing, coordinating, strategizing, and responding to information. It includes critical brain functions such as the ability to remember, pay attention, and make decisions. NeoCORTA measures cognition in 4 main areas: Recall, Attention, Processing Speed, and Executive Function.

Key Measures of Emotion
The Emotion category covers how you "feel." Emotional well-being allows you to calmly handle day-to-day challenges, maintain a positive outlook, adapt to change, and understand and care for others. NeoCORTA measures emotion in 5 areas: Anxiety, Stress, Mood, Emotional Control and Emotional Recognition.
